Can I choose a specific delivery day?

Our furniture are delivered by TWO man to ground floor.

Unfortunately we do not offer the facility to request a specific date or time. When you order your furniture we can give you an estimated delivery period.

Mostly we deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends due to the availability of our customers. In some circumstances, the order may be processed during the week days. We contact our customers by phone (1 day before delivery) to confirm availability and to inform about the day of delivery. In case if customer will not be available to collect delivery we may rescedule delivery day.
The driver will contact you prior to arrival. 

Upper floor delivery?
Our deliveries are to ground floor only. Courier company may deliver to upper floor for which will charge extra. If you would like to use this service please contact us before placing order.

Is the furniture in stock for immediate availability?
We have a very spacious warehouse and that is why a lot of the most popular furniture is available to our customers. Some models, especially large upholstered ones, are available only on order.

How long does it take to complete the order?

Products which are in stock takes up to 10 working days for delivery.
The maximum order fulfillment time is 40 business days. The implementation time depends on the period of the year, in the pre-holiday periods and in exceptional circumstances this period may be extended by a week. It is worth asking about the delivery dates before placing order.

Can i make changes or cancel my order / What happens if i cancel my order?

Each order can be canceled before the furniture is picked up by the courier. If the item has been delivered to the courier, then the buyer is responsible for the delivery costs.

Is it possible to assemble furniture?

The production company prepares packages with furniture in such a way that assembly is not difficult. Suppliers also attach assembly instructions and state exactly what rules the buyer should follow to properly assemble the furniture.

Can you keep the furniture until needed?

We have limited storage space in the warehouse, but we are happy to work with the customer. We can keep the furniture until it is needed, e.g. moving home, etc. by prior arrangement.
