All deliveries are carried out by a specialist furniture logistics company experienced in handling large and delicate items. This ensures your order is transported safely and efficiently.
Our standard service includes two-man delivery to the ground floor of your property. If you require delivery beyond the ground floor (e.g., upstairs, flats, or complex access), please contact our customer service team before delivery to discuss available options and additional charges.

GREEN ZONE - 2 MAN GROUND FLOOR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT (1-10 WORKING DAYS)
PURPLE ZONE - 2 MAN GROUND FLOOR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT + ADDITIONAL £20 CHARGED BY CASH ON DELIVERY (1-15 WORKING DAYS)
YELLOW ZONE - 2 MAN GROUND FLOOR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT (1-15 WORKING DAYS)
ORANGE ZONE - 2 MAN GROUND FLOOR STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT + ADDITIONAL £50 CHARGED BY CASH ON DELIVERY (1-15 WORKING DAYS)
WHITE ZONE - DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE
Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time for in stock product usually ranges from 1 to 10 (PURPLE AND ORANGE ZONE 1-15) working days.
Please note that, due to circumstances beyond our control, slight delays may occasionally occur.
Holiday Periods:
During summer holiday breaks, peak seasons such as before Christmas and Easter, delivery times may be extended by an additional 5 working days.
The furniture is brand new and packed in its original packaging. It is delivered flat packed for self-assembly.

We deliver to most of the UK (please have a look on attached photo) and this is why our lead times may differ depending on the area.

NOT IN STOCK ITEMS:
Delivery might take from 10 working days up to 40 working days (not including bank holidays). The delivery time depends on stock and transport capacity. Please contact us to receive an estimated delivery time if required. We will keep you informed at all times and we would appreciate your cooperation. Our furniture is manufactured abroad (EU).
PLEASE BE AWARE: Goods are delivered 7 days per week.
We will let you know delivery day and time 1-5 days before delivery to confirm it. If you do not confirm it we have right to cancel or reschedule your order.
Once you agree to accept the delivery date and for any reason you are not present at delivery address and you wish to reschedule delivery we reserve the right to apply re-delivery charge.
